I really dislike change. I am probably in the company of some of the best people in world in my unit. We are all like one huge dysfunctional family. I couldn't ask for a better chain of command and subordinates. They are all wonderful and skillful in all their endeavors. I'm just feeling melancholically about leaving them and then returning to a whole bunch of new people. It's like an inside PCS. I will really miss them, but that is all a part of life whether military or not. People come in and go out. We begin relationships and just hope they stand the test of time. We want letters and phone calls and we do that for a couple of months, but then life takes over and we adapt without the very people we thought we couldn't adapt without. How mysterious!!! I've met so many wonderful people in my life (Lisa you're included) and many of them have been my sanity savers. I have a tendency to get a little excited and agitated about a few things, and these people actually save me from losing my rank by calming me down before I flip out or do something stupid. So, thank-you from the bottom of my heart to all the special people in my life. I love you all dearly and may God grant His many blessings on your life as well as your family's.
Many of us have pet peeves, but is it possible to break our own? Of course leave it to me to do something deemed impossible or unlikely. I just have luck like that. Anyway I have a couple of pet peeves and one of those pet peeves is cleanliness. Everything has it's proper place and needs to be there. I have gotten so disorganized lately I could just scream. I can't stand disorganization, and I don't have my mom to help me. My room is so out of hand that "mighty maid" would have problems and need the help of the "super janitors." Slowly but surely my room is starting to turn around and look good again, but it's taking too much time. Thank-God we don't have room inspections here!!! This weekend is my goal to put everything together, so I'll leave you posted.
That's all I have for now. Take care and God bless you and your family,
Jen

I confess to committing my own pet peeves. Besides sometimes not knowing how to spell things, I also do things like say "ATM machine" - when obviously the m stands for machine. I hate it when people do that, but then I do it.
